Scott Bosanko, CHS Class of 1977

HOF 2007 – Athletics

While at CHS, Bosanko excelled at basketball.  He was awarded 1st team All-State honors in 1976 and 1977.  He was a member of the McDonald’s All-American State A Champions in 1977.  While attending NSU, he was the 2nd Career Scoring Leader and played on the 1st Team All Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference 1980 and 1981.  In 1982, he was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks.  Bosanko also played in 10 SD State Amateur Men’s Basketball Championships.  He earned the Most Valuable Player Award in 1984, 1988 and 1995.  He was inducted into the South Dakota Amateur Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002.
